Photos from the second day of the "soft" opening of the second Blue Sky in Amarillo. All's going well with plenty of employees, mentors, and sufficient numbers of customers to give new employees some experience and practice before the big crowds (hopefully) come roaring in all wanting a perfect burger! All systems and the architectural layout seem to be working as envisioned.
